Mitchell Lake is a St. Croix native. He moved to Maryland in the early 2000s and has been living in Maryland for two decades. He has a background in security and has a decade experience in property management.

Tamara Marsh has earned her bachelor's and associate degrees. She has a background in customer service and specializes in social media and website management.
